BS. There were only 500 Japanese prisoners of war captured throughout WW2. They were kept in Guam and Hawaii. Try again. EDIT: I have reviewed the internees. But they did not IPL, they were U.S. citizens, and not "testing" happened at Roswell. There was a shooting range, a bit like Nellis at the time.
