You will both need a military ID along with a fee (it was once 100DM). Just go to the local city hall and they will either perform the service for you, or send you to a local church. The chaplin at the church will also charge you a small fee for the service. You can also have a Burgermeister marry you. International law also allows for a ship's captain to marry!
BE SURE TO ASK for a marriage license in english!!!!
