I really do not understand your question. You are asking if someone is thinking your stupid and trying to scare you into doing something?
I guess all I can say is that you need to always be your own person and follow your heart. If something seems wrong.. it probably is. Never let anyone put you into a position that you know is wrong or makes you feel very uncomfortable.
