Good Soccer training?
Its pretty much pre-season and im trying to get back into shape while improving my soccer skills. im working on a training schedule/ session/regiment? and while its ok so far,im always looking for more drills or technique's that i could include and practice. stuff like nike bootcamp videos or any links online would be helpful too. i have cones already but other than goals and a pitch not much more equipment. thanks in advance
do something like these. if you can go to a gym. do lost of leg work. focus on leg curls and leg extensions. and also squats. and also some upper body. every day do 30 pushups non stop and 50 situps. and also about twice a week, find a street or road that about 100m long, and do 10 of those with about a 20 second rest each time. and run a mile or 2 about twice a week as well. and do a lot of stuff with a ball, dribbles tricks shots. youll be good to go.
