If you win the jackpot of a national lottery, do you have the choice whether your name gets published or not?

Like if you win a jackpot of about $4 million in the lottery, do you have to agree to have your name and photo published for publicity purposes? Or, do you have the option to not disclose your name and photo (and still claim the jackpot)?

What about if the jackpot size is bigger, like $30 million? Is there a cutoff amount in which you have to get your name and photo published once the jackpot size reaches a certain level?

you can refuse publicity but you name will be listed among the list of winners that the lottery publishers as part of the public record.
