The Hitler Youth was a logical extension of Hitler's belief that the future of Nazi Germany was its children. The Hitler Youth was considered is also important for the child that the school was. In the early years of the Nazi government, Hitler was clearly what he expected German children to be like: "The weak must be chiselled away. I want young men and women who can suffer pain. A young German must be swift as a greyhound, tough as leather and as hard as Krupp steel. "Nazi education schemes part fitted with this but Hitler wanted occupy the minds of youth in Nazi Germany even more. Youth movements were part of German culture - Die deutsche Jugendbewegung was a collective term movement of educational renewal and cultural development from 1896 on. After the First World War, the leaders returned disappointed to the war. The same is true for the leaders of German Scouting. While the two movements began to strongly influence each other in Germany. Wandervogel came from a strong culture of hiking, adventure, plus visits to places farther, romanticism and a younger leadership structure. Scout uniforms made, flags, more organization, other camps and clearer more rational ideology. Form a new tent, Kohta was invented, which are always the typical black tents Scouts German on international scout camps. Deutsche Freischar then Jungenschaft was founded. The Hitler Youth was created in the 1920s. The first related organization NSDAP was the Jugendbund der NSDAP (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei or the German Nazi party), was announced March 8, 1922 in Volkischer Beobachter, and his first meeting took place on 13 May of that year. In April 1924, der NSDAP was renamed Jugendbund Grossdeutsche Jugendbewegung (Greater German Youth Movement). Another youth group was established in 1922 as Adolf Hitler Jungsturm. Based in Munich, Bavaria, it served to train future members and recruit the Sturmabteilung (or "Storm Regiment"), the paramilitary wing of the adult NSDAP. After the Beer Hall Putsch abortion (1923), Nazi youth groups were dissolved, but apparently many elements simply entered underground, operating clandestinely in small units under assumed names. Finally, the fourth Jugendbewegung Grossdeutsche July 1926 was officially renamed Hitler Jugend Bund der deutschen Arbeiterjugend (Hitler Youth League of German Youth Worker). This event took place one year after the party Nazi itself was reorganized. The architect of the new organization was Kurt Gruber, a law student and admirer of Hitler from Plauen Saxony. In 1933, its membership was 100,000. After Hitler came to power, all other youth movements were abolished and therefore the Hitler Youth grew quickly. In 1936, the figure stood at 4 million members. In 1936, it became almost mandatory to join the Hitler Youth. Young people could avoid active service if they paid their subscription but this became almost impossible from 1939. Hitler Youth in care 10 to 18 years. There were separate organizations for boys and girls. The task of the boys section was to prepare boys for military service. For girls, the organization has prepared them for motherhood. Boys at 10, joined Deutsches Jungvolk (German youth) until age 13 when they transferred to the Hitler Jugend (Hitler Youth) to the age of 18. In 1936, the writer JR Tunus wrote about the activities of the Hitler Jugend. He said that part of their "athletics Military (Wehrsport) included walking, bayonet drill, throwing the grenade, digging trenches, reading maps, defense gas use canoes, how to get under the barbed wire and pistol shooting. The girls at the age of 10, joined the Jungmadelbund (League of Young Girls) and at the age of 14 years moved to the Bund Deutscher Madel (League of German Girls). Girls should be able to run 60 meters in 14 seconds throw a ball 12 meters, complete two hours on March 1, 100m swim and know how to make a bed. To the outside world, the Hitler Youth seemed to personify German discipline. In fact, this image was far from accurate. The teachers complained that boys and girls were so tired to attend evening meetings of the Hitler Youth, they could barely stay awake the next day at school. Also by 1938, participation meetings of the Hitler Youth was so poor - just 25% - that the authorities decided to strengthen attendance with the 1939 law making compulsory attendance.
