There are decals with green background Sticky or dry transfer?
If they are of type thumbnail, is there a way to mix them or use softener to melt into the plastic? The decals on green cardboard dry transfer decals?
I'm sorry to say I'm lost! In the world of modeling, "decals" are inherently "transfers soluble in water." You soak in warm water that allows the image or "thumbnail" to slide over the top of the paper and the model of most leaf decals I seen over the past 30 + years of building designs are on white paper, blue-ish-white, or green-white-ish (cardboard), but I've never seen GREEN cardboard. I've never used "tags" on a model. I used dry transfers, but they are printed on the back of a paper similar to wax paper, you put them where you want them and your RUB them on the model. I guess you do have DECALS - since you say they are on an information document.
