could i play baseball with regular contacts in?
ok im suppose to wear contacts all day. im starting up baseball in a couple weeks for high school fall ball and i need to know if i could use my contacts to play. im scared there gonna fall out or something. I dont really have trouble seeing the ball but then again i do with pop flies and everything. what should i do?!? would them goggle things help me keep my contacts? if i wore and one fell out it wouldnt fall out it would it?
If they are fit properly, then you should not have a problem. Note: If they are RGP's (hard contacts) then it is advisable to wear eye protection (like goggles) since any hit in the eye could cause serious eye injury however, if they are soft contacts, there shouldn't be any problem at all. That is, if you don't have to crash into the catcher while trying to score. Then one could come out - carry an extra set just in case.
