How do I link to a different iTunes library without erasing all of my purchases?
I recently downloaded a film on my itunes library, but when I tryed to put it on my ipod, it said that the ipod was linked to a different library, and in order to link it to my library, it would need to delete over 157 purchases, now i dont have room to store them all on my computer so how do I link back to my library without erasing everything?
You can create as many libraries in iTunes as you like by pressing and holding the Shift Key on your Keyboard while you click to open iTunes. However, an iPod is only allowed to be linked to one library at once, and unfortunately there is no way around this.
