Which jeans should I get?
Anyone know about Japanese selvage denim? I've been practicing on a few pairs of Levis 501 STF's. I'm buying real selvage jeans soon. Which ones should I buy?

it seems like your looking at the Jims. selvage denim is made from the edge of the roll of denim, thus it has super strong stitching on the inseam, this is characteristic of the red seams you will see on selvage denim (some are yellow, mainly PPRS but some others as well...)
Nudies are dry denim, so you wear them for 6months to a year without washing and then when you do wash them the look will be matched exactyle to your body and things like you cell phone and wallet will show up on the pcokets and such, but im sure you know all that from your 501's
also check out mynudies its a forum for nudie wearers and you can discuss the best way to break them in, fit, other denim brands and alot of other stuff, some nudies are prewashed, but very few.
other selvage denim: upper end cheapmondays are selvage, and so are APC (they look amazing!)
